| The hotel is well located close to Manchester Airport, but not under the flightpath. All of the staff were courteous and attentive, especially the driver who frequently shuttles guests between the hotel and airport. The hotel is a typical large villa hotel, with lots of quiet areas and a warren of Hotel Rooms. The room was clean, well appointed and of a good size. The bar and restaurant served a good selection of drinks, snacks and meals - the menu is creative; offering an excellent choice of food. |

| The Etrop Grange was beautiful inside & out. The rooms were clean & cozy, bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly & quite helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again. |

| 是次因為太夜抵達需先暫住一晚, 但在曼徹斯特機場有接送巴士, 只要致電酒店5分鐘後便有車來接, 而且服務很好, 雖然只是暫住一晚, 但感覺良好 |

| Easily accessible, either by car or the compimentary transfer supplied by the hotel. The hotel staff are kind and helpful in everyway. with beautiful hotel rooms just lovely. |

| This was a great place to stay, right near the airport and with free shuttle. We only stayed one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. Staff was very friendly and helpful; restaurant was excellent, too. We would definitely stay hear again. We definitely felt like we were in an English hotel, lots of charm and character. |

| Very helpful staff in a hotel with a great location for Manchester Airport. The only downside is the lack of a lift down to room 46 and I had quite a heavy case with me. In fairness, they had given me a nice room, so it was worth the struggle.
The early morning transfer to T3 was very straightforwards too.
I'll definitely be back, as I've used this hotel for many a year. |

| Overall a convenient option for the Manchester airport option. Room service very limited after 10pm but staff made an effort to work around this for me. Rooms are clean, comfortable and good size. The only problem was a very noisy linen delivery below my window at 6:45am - the young guy at front desk I mentioned this to didn't seem to care too much. All other staff very helpful |

| dur d'y accéder depuis la ville mais tout près de l'aéroport avec une navette qui vous y conduit. Trèss mingon petit hotel mais qui privilégie la déco au confort. |

| I never knew this hotel existed but I think it's a great hotel with staff that couldn't do enough for us.
The breakfast was perfect and the hotel location couldn't be any more convenient.
The decor is traditional so not normally my kind of place but it was quite romantic. We are sure to return. :-) |
